This seems to work! I've bought so many compression sleeves and bands for a problematic runner's knee. My symptoms are mostly a painless inflammation during and after my daily run. I didn't expect much from this simple band but it works! Thus far, I've not had any flares up so long as I wear these while exercising.

Worked great for my daughter‘s knee during Field Hockey and lacrosse season.

Definitely helped patellar tendonitis but the Velcro strap is just ok. Have to adjust it too frequently in my opinion and sometimes it falls off on its own. Way better than chopat strap however

great product. it was promptly. i will use this vendor again. i can see why some people has to adjust it during run, but i attributed it to slight stretching as it breaks in.

The strap is minimal in design, easy to use, and effective. No pain now when I’m running

Good quality, however my son did not care for the material. He scratched up the other leg by this rubbing against it.

This thing sucks, it’s uncomfortable due to the thick Velcro on the back. It scratches the back of my knee. It is super bulky compared to others as well. I’m definitely going back to my rubber-band type strap which I would definitely recommend.

Has really helped me with my knee pain while running. It fits well, is easy to put on and take off and has retained its strength through use. Well worth the price paid.

I have been using these straps for years. Place just below the knee and it will alleviate the pain.
