I bought this for an air mattress. My condo is small so I don’t have the space for a guest bed all the time and I put out a nice air mattress when visitors come. I bought this to put under the air mattress to make the height of the mattress more comfortable as well as providing storage space for suitcases underneath.I always intended to use this intermittently and it works great for that purpose. It’s sturdy but easy to pop up and then break back down with no tools necessary.

I'm writing this review so it may help some decide if this is right for them. As far as the product itself goes, you will not be disappointed. It is well made and assembles very easily. You do not even need any tools which is great. And you can put it away very easily when you are done. Really awesome product.But, alas, I will have to return it for this one reason. After the frame was assembled, we put our Air Mattress on it and inflated it. To our surprise, the final height was the air-mattress on the frame was so high it was uncomfortable for us to get into the bed. I had to provide my Mom with a step-stool otherwise she just couldn't get into the bed. That was not good. For some reason when I bought this...the final height was just not something I factored in so I ask you inflate your air-mattress, get the height and add 14" to it. If that is acceptable then this product is perfect.

A lot of the reviews mention that it’s easy to assemble and doesn’t take long however I found that to be only somewhat true. I would say assembly definitely needs two people. My daughter had to help me with this and it took us almost an hour or so to finally get it all together. One of the bars had trouble sliding in place and got stuck. It nearly cut us when trying to pull it out. The instructions are easy to read and understand and it comes with all the tools and parts you need. You won’t need additional tools.I’ve had it now for a few months and have no complaints. It’s easy to move and I love it’s height. It was a bit out of my price range but if price isn’t an issue this is the one to go with.

This is hands down the best purchase we’ve made for our bed, the wood slates move to much and felt insecure and now with this product we are in love! The support is great no wobbly boards and even gives us great storage space as well! Highly recommend this to anyone even thinking about buying one, it’s well well worth it

I wanted something better than an air mattress for our house guests--especially my mom who has had two hip replacements. This setup is SO easy and takes no time at all. We purchased a queen tri-fold mattress to accompany this frame and I am so happy with this upgrade for our guests. It feels so much nicer and is way easy to put sheets on! We store this under our bed (as well as the mattress)--no complaints so far!

We break bed frames often so this cheap frame was exactly what I needed. It's 14" tall and pretty sturdy. So far so good.

Loved how quick and easy it was to assemble, probably took me 30 doing it alone as a not-handy girl. Feels sturdy, all of the pieces fit together perfectly and no squeaking! hopefully it lasts 🤞🏼 but do yourself a favour and buy this frame if you want something quick to assemble, cheap, and looks nice and classy. The two side pieces come folded so if you’re ever moving it’s actually quite portable as it wouldn’t be the full length of the bed once disassembled.

Excelente base, fácil de armar, la he usado por un año y no he tenido problemas con ella. Es ligera pero resistente.

ETA: One year later, and still very very happy with this purchase! Still solid, still no squeaking during... heavy movements. And still easy to move and clean. Definitely recommend.Original review (June 2023) By far, this was the biggest and heaviest furniture item I have ordered from Amazon, and by far, it was the easiest to put together! It is very very very solid, no squeaking, none! And no need for a bedspring. My queen-size mattress fits perfectly.The only problem was the headboard: the holes the slots of the iron base were not aligned with the holes in my headboard, so I simply drilled 2 new ones, and so far so good. I know people like to rave about the space underneath the bed, and how much they can fit under there, but I love how it looks empty, clean, it gives the impression of my bedroom being much more spacious and spotless just because of that wide empty space. Highly recommand; will revisit this comment in a year, just to see if I'm still happy with my purchase.

Great little frame. Easy to out together (30 minutes) and is sturdy and looks great.There is one design flaw and that is not having enough nonslip material on the top of it. Since it is a platform frame there is nothing to hold the mattress in place. I solved the issue by buying some double sided tape and putting it all over the bars and outside perimeter which has held up nicely.
