A nice strong pole but it was too short to reach the window. I have sent it back but still haven't received a refund after four weeks.

Just what I expected.had one but the end was plastic so I bought this one because it had a metal end and it worked well when I used it the other day

This is an extremely sturdy and well made pole. I needed something to unhook some heavy loft ladders and so they were perfect fir the job.

Arrived 4 days late which didn't matter but I wasn't informed until the 26th so I'd waited in all day on the 25th !Pole was as described and in very good condition which was great value for the money.

Absolute rip off . I could have made this myself for less than £10. And wish I had.It’s just a broom handle with a very dodgy boat hook screwed to the top .I thought the handle might at least have a bit of varnish on it , NO . Screws holding the hook on look cheap and liable to snap under any pressure .I will be looking at returning mine for a refund.UPDATENo response from seller
