This sign exceeded my expectations! The pictures shown look nice but, were not reassuring about what it might be like in real life. My concerns were completely erased when I received it. The lettering is perfect, customized words and spelling are all correct, and the colors are bright and beautiful (I bought the red/blue). I bought this for a Christmas gift and did not place the order until the evening of December 8. The expected delivery was listed as close to Christmas Day. I wanted to ensure it would be here in time for Christmas (it's a customized item coming from China) so in addition to the regular shipping I spent an extra $20.00 to expedite the shipping. That was money well spent because it was in my house on the evening of December 16. Another reviewer noted that the size was not exactly as advertised. The same was true for mine - listed as 24" x 16", actual size 23" x 14". This, however, was not a deal breaker for me because it will not placed in a space that requires an exact fit and it is beautiful and perfect in every other way.
