TYC 6530031 Mitsubishi Galant Passenger Side Power Heated Replacement Mirror

I purchased this product for my 02 Galant ES 4cyl. I was very nervous buying this mirror because of another review I read that stated this product will only work on a Galant that already have factory heat already installed which mine did not. This reviewer said that although the mirror fit like a charm they were unable to use the end connector the mirror came with because it did not match their vehicle.The mirror that I received fit onto my car correctly and all the electrical connections fit without a problem. It is possible that this product has been updated since that review was made but it is worth noting that having replaced the mirrors on this vehicle over 4 times for varying reasons ( don’t ask) ever mirror that I bought from TYC or Kool-Vue have all been heated power mirror and all have shared the identical connector. I have also seen the same connection on countless cars at the junk yard.The fit and finish of this product is great. This mirror comes with a high gloss black finish that will hold up to the weather if you decide to forgo painting to save the extra cash. Hopefully this is my last mirror replacement on this vehicle but I would recommend this to anyone needing a replacement.

My fault for not knowing of course, but this mirror will not plug into a Galant that had powered mirror, but no heat! It must be powered and heated. The mirror installs fine, I just can't use the power controls to adjust it. If you want power mirrors and your previous mirror was not heated, make sure you buy a non heated power mirror.The mirror itself is fantastic though, the finish is very nice and it's easy to paint.

Even thought Mitsubishi is silver, the black mirror works for my car. I drive a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant es and it fit perfectly. The power motors work perfectly too.

fits ok, small gap between the car and the mirror, looks nice, i have an 03 galant, did not have heated mirrors, plan on running a wire from the new harness to the defroster in my car so i will have heat, otherwise harness fits perfect and power works

This fit my 2002 Mitsubishi Galant es that DID NOT have heated mirrors but they were powered for adjustments.

Fits like a glove! Was a little hard to connect considering the fact that you have to remove the door panel on the Galant 2002 but once it is connect it looks great and works great!

Unit matched OEM part, installed easily after removing interior door panel. Works perfectly and is a fraction of the cost of an OEM part from a dealer.
