KMT100 Oval Tank, 110-Gallon

I got this for the dog to cool off in. At first it was a bit intimidating because it was so much larger than what she was used to, but she got past that pretty quickly and now seems to love it. I love the drain, and with a spigot and hose attached I can make sure the water is put to good use when I change it out. BTW, although the documentation says it uses a 3/4" spigot this actually uses a 1/2" spigot. Also, the shipping/delivery folks do a really good job of arranging the delivery,too.

Filled tub with water to test how well it keeps its shape, and noticed floor was wet near drain plug but not positive if it leaks or water dripped from my soaked hand. Will need to keep a close eye on it next time.

This is a very sturdy tank. I was looking for a tank to use as a goldfish pond on my deck and this worked perfectly. I boxed it in and purchased a water fountain to accent the pond and added plants. Add a few goldfish and there it is.

I use this as a holding tank for goldfish and baby koi. Works extremely well for the purpose. I enclosed it to make it a deck pond with composite decking planks and radient barrier insulation to stabilize winter temps. The first year I had it, I left it out all winter empty of fish but there was some rain water in it. With extreme cold and no heater the cold did cause water to slowly leak out around the drain plug. However once warm weather hit, the leak stopped. This year I have 1300 watts of heat keeping my fish at 66 deg F. There is no issue with the drain plug leaking. When empty this tank is easy for me to move around by myself. Holds up very well. Material has enough flex to it that it can take a beating and keep on going, it's not rigid like the Rubbermaid troughs. I have the smaller Tuff Stuff tubs for my horse, where other tubs and pails have failed under my horse's hooves and teeth, the Tuff Stuff tub plastic holds up. Great products!

I love my 'ghetto hot tub'! This is big enough and deep enough for one adult. It is light enough to empty and move out of the patio when I have friends over and don't want to admit why there is a horse trough in the yard.

I got this for a therapy pool for my small dog who has joint issues. It works great.
