Great wrist brace
I'm a bigger guy and the L/XL fits great. It's comfortable and it holds the wrist steady so it doesn't bend. I've been wearing it non-stop for the past week and my wrist is already feeling better due to the compression. It's very easy to use and the straps adjustment makes it fit just right.

Great brace for carpal tunnel syndrome
So glad Amazon stocks this! Our local shops don’t carry this anymore, and it is the best brace I have found for carpal tunnel syndrome, especially when worn at night. It is soft, comfortable, but rigid where it counts. It has outlasted others I have tried. If you remove the rigid splint, the rest of it launders nicely. The splint is easily returned to its pocket after laundering. When the hooks part of the Velcro straps load up with lint, light brushing with an old toothbrush restores its grip.

Overall, a nice wrist brace.
I've been using this brace since 2022. It wears like iron. It's comfortable. The support is very adequate. There are two related problems. First, it runs small. I have wide hands and thick wrists, and it can be a bit difficult to slip it on. The straps could use a bit more length. The second, and more irritating, is the fastening. The hook-and-loop fastener sewn onto the ends of the adjusting straps is way too small for a reliable hold, particularly once the inevitable accumulation of lint clogs the material. The simple expedient of adding another inch or so of the material would work wonders.

after like 1-2 decades of constant typing
A few weeks ago, after like 1-2 decades of constant typing, gaming, etc w/ a PC, my wrist was getting a lot of pain. It went from numbing pain to straight up shooting pain and back again. It really hurt to do much of anything that involved my hands, so pretty much life hurt. I did a lot of research on carpal tunnel and nerve pain and stuff like that and I found a little gem of advice that really the best solution is to TAKE A BREAK. Not "go easy" but stop using/abusing the tendons like you have been. There are surgeries, steroid injections and a ton of other things but it takes a long time to repair this tendonitis bit because it doesnt get a lot of blood flow. You ever notice how your shin can take forever to heal cuz its so far from the heart and doesnt have great blood flow plus the shin is not in a very muscley area so it doesnt heal fast. Yeah, tendonitis can be like that. (Or something. Im not a doctor, just paraphrasing a few hours of research. Google it if you want solid facts. You should do that anyway because its your body and you only get one so take care of it.) Anyway, the only way to stop using my wrist like crazy was to get a splint like thing to keep it from flexing, ESPECIALLY in my sleep as I love folding my hands up or curling them in under my chin. So I read you get the most success if you wear one of these nightly for 6 weeks. You get slightly better results if you wear it 24/7 but it wasnt really worth it to me as its a little bulky. So I wore this every night for 6 weeks and now I can honestly say I am experiencing no pain in my left wrist at all. I am kinder on my joints and wrists now and I rearranged my computer/gaming area so my wrists werent bent at odd angles as much and now everything is much better. This really works. The body will repair itself of most things if you give it time and patience and this wrap lets you do that. The brace itself is comfortable. Doesnt let you flex your wrist. It didnt irritate my wrist at all during the 6 weeks I wore it, it is nicely padded and held up fine. I love this. Ill probably get a right handed one sometime when the other wrist acts up! I read a lot of reviews and got this in a larger size for my left hand as it was the one that hurt most.

Happy camper so far!
I had to buy this fitted wrist support for the left and right hand because despite having had surgery on both hands in 1984, I think my carpal tunnel is returning after all these years in both hands. However, I do a TON of data entry on my job and these give me a nice amount of support. At first I thought they would be too bulky making them difficult to use as well as slow down my typing, but I am happy to report I actually think they have improved my accuracy (not that it wasn't good in the first place!) Reason being they help keep my wrists from getting lazy and slouching which probably led to increased inaccuracy. People have asked me if I have slept with them on yet and the answer is not yet. Albeit I don't think it will be a problem because the straps are easy to adjust and so far the velcro material seems to be holding up for me. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend these to anyone having carpal tunnel issues like me and is hoping to avoid surgery at all costs, or again, like me! I would also like to add that although I am not a large person, I still purchased the Large/Extra Large size because my entire life (skinny teen to full-figured 60 year old woman) I have never been able to wear bangles bracelets unless they are they adjustable - they just don't slide down over my hands at all. So anyone reading this and trying to figure out which size to go with, I hope this helps. My thought is that it's always safer to go larger than too small - especially since the straps are so adjustable with the velcro.

Like it, comfortable, but sizes run small, so go larger than you think, stays are flexible
Large/Xlarge My wrist is 7 1/2 inches and this barely fit me, also the stays are flexible not metal, they bend easily, and until i felt around the top with my fingers real carefully, it almost felt like there was no stay at all on top. That said, it is more comfortable than my other wraps, I tried the apallo day and night wraps, theirs only have stays on top, not on bottom where it feels like i need out most, hence this additional purchase. People complained about the internal sleeve being green, yes, i kind of wish it was all black, but fit and comfort weighed more heavily for me than aesthetics, for me, only a little bit of the green perks through on the ulnar side, so I'm ok with it. Alkyl in all I've had it about a day, and i like it so far. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks for therapy, and I'm going to see what the OT says about my wraps. I'm taking all my wraps in a box, and I'm going to see what's trash and what's appropriate for the tfcc tear i have. Ill keep you posted, but i think this one a winner. Update Oh man, the web in between my thumb and index finger is raw from the area the wrap rubs. I read another complaint in a different review, but it really didn't start to wear on me until about a week or so in, and my hand hurts, I've found that if i apply a couple of bandaids to the webbing it isn't as bad, almost like moleskin. Not sure i can wear this without the bandaids, and now I'm at an impasse, I'm really tired of buying new braces. The hole should really have been larger where your thumb goes through

Don't hesitate!
So impressed with this little number! Usually I go for Ace just out of habit but they've become so bulky and the fabrication is getting rougher. Fortunately they did not have a right-handed brace when I needed one immediately last night Well they did but the price was ridiculous and again it is too bulky. Then I found this. This is the first time I've used this brand and I'm a fan! It's lightweight, it's lined with very soft fabric that feels good on your skin. It has two straps that hold secure all day, very comfortable, easy to forget you even have it on. Plus kudos to Amazon for getting it to me the very next day!

Excelente producto.

Good sturdy brace. Recommended.
I ordered this one as it's recommended by medical/health professionals (apparently). Ordered size large as I've got 'hardworking Yorkshire woman hands'! ;)) - fits well. Good sturdy brace, velcro straps are strong & feels like it will last well. I can feel the difference to my wrist & base of hand tendonitis when wearing this brace, also comfortable enough to wear in bed. I would recommend.
