I love these drink packets, the flavor is delicious, I have been drinking one everyday for the last 3 years. they curb my appetite in the morning and add to by energy level.

I received it on time. First day of trying this product I love the taste hoping to see results in a couple weeks

I had been, and still am, using another brand but they keep having inventory issues. As such, I looked for another that had appetite suppressant qualities. I'm not interested in energy, it's just a side effect of the caffeine. My point is, do look at the labels closely as some imply they are for "dieting" but are only suppling B vitamins and/or electrolytes. This has both overlapping ingredients to the other brand, and has some different ingredients. I find I respond to SlimQucik just a bit better and it's a tad less expensive but we are talking .03 - .05 cents per packet. I eat twice a day, 11 am and 5 pm. I use it starting anywhere from 9 am to 10 am until 10:30 am, to help me keep on my schedule. When things are really bad, I use both brands at the same time. I always use a large coffee cup, I'm guessing about 1.5 measured cups, and add ice. I sip it, not guzzle it, and if there's any leftover come 10:30, I put it in the frig to add to the next day, or sometimes in the afternoon if things are bad. So many things affect hunger and it's not pleasant to have to pay for this help but I'd rather that than lose control. I have lost weight, about 2 pounds a week. I eat a low carb, high protein, diet. I've been doing this for years, but often ate too much, this helps me not do that.

Easy to drink good flavor just a tad to sweet

I lost weight to fast! In 2 weeks I was down almost 15lbs! I had to keep stepping on scale making sure it was right! I don’t know what’s in this stuff! But I think it’s unhealthy to lose that fast. I didn’t follow the instructions that could be the case! I used 2 packs a day, Morning and evening! Hope this review helps someone! Good luck!

Day 1. Taste is really great!!Question - do you sip it throughout the morning or do you drink quickly?

Horrible taste. Much too sweet. I even tried diluting it more by mixing with larger bottle of water. This also has calories and carbohydrates IN A WEIGHT LOSS product? Are you kidding me? I only bought this as a substitute for Hydroxycut drink packets which are no longer available on Amazon. Fortunately I found I can order those direct. Not as convenient but at least it’s the product I like. Sad that I can’t get a refund for a product I won’t use.
