I don't see any way of changing the wheel without a tool.** A: I'm confused too. The 402W is supposed to have the quick-change wheel; the 402 doesn't, and is supposed to come with a wrench. The description here is fouled up. But I have a 402W, and the instruction manual doesn't mention it, or how to change things without a wrench. Hand tighten? seems like a leap of faith. **Q: where is this made?** A: According to the box, this tool is made in India and the accessories ars made in China **Q: does the grinder fit in the case with the handle still attached?** A: NO. Handle must be unscrewed, but off, the handle fits in the case also. Case is kept small and essential this way. Thumbs up on the case also. **Q: What kind of discs do i need to use with this? The kind witht the thread in them or jusg the disc you put on and tighten between 2 metal peices?** A: It uses the non-threaded discs, 4-1/2 inch diameter, with a 7/8 inch (arbor) center hole. You "clamp" the disc between two round pieces of metal (flanges). The tool (supplied) that you use to tighten the outer piece is unusual, it is an allen wrench that you put into a hex hole - one of 4 holes.
