the chair came right when it was supposed to,shipping didn't take long at all . i was worried about one of the screws being too short because of another review i read on here . you would think after someone complaining they would correct the problem but they didn't . there is only one screw that needs to be screwed in on the chair there is not a lot of assembly required. only the arm rest is not attached and you have to velcro on the face cradle cushion . the problem is, the screw would fit perfectly if the hole on the left side of the actual arm rest where it screws on the chair was bigger. the screw cap that comes with it is too big to fit into the left side hole. however if you turn the screw around and take off the plastic border that keeps the screw from making a tiny bit of the paint rub off and shove the screw cap into the right side, the hole is big enough(because it was made to fit the plastic border) and the screw is not too short. so turning around the screw to enter in from the left side instead of the right (like it comes) and also removing the plastic border, fixes the short screw problem . thats only if you wouldn't mind a tiny unnoticeable dark mark on the frame of the chair, are impatient like i am, and wouldn't want to wait for them to ship out another screw or go buy one yourself . the chair works just fine ! definitely GREAT for what i paid. i was also worried about it not being able to fit all body sizes because of another review i read but im 5'8 medium build ,i fit great, my mom is 5'6 larger build, she fit great and my stepdad is 6'6 and slender and he fit great all thats left is testing a shorter person but all you have to do is adjust the chest pad and face cradle like any other massage chair. since chair massages should be 20 mins tops i think it would be just fine =) my only other concern was that the description of what your getting says 2 year warranty but there wasn't a paper form of anything although I'm sure they would honor it just based off of over reviews. My wife ordered this as a replacement for her Earthlite Avila chair (which had the armrest support break...and Earthlite was no help). First, the screw is long enough, make sure you put it in correctly. As for the chair, it's not as adjustable as her old chair but it's fairly comfortable, she hasn't had any complaints and a few people mentioned that the cushioning feel thicker than her old chair. It's much lighter for her to transport which she likes. She probably only does 20-40 seated massages a year with this chair. If you do massage for a living and do a lot, then I'd probably spend the extra money for a higher end chair. If you do massage as a side business and don't do a ton, she'd highly recommend this chair.

The chair is solid. I had an Oakworks chair years ago and then stopped doing chair massage. This is a good, solid chair. The padding is excellent and comfortable for the customer. It is heavier to carry in the case and I wish the case had one long strap to carry on your shoulder but it has two straps, shorter, but still can be put over your shoulder to transport it. The difficulty most people had with the "short screw" for the arm rest seems to be improved and/or rectified. I had no difficulty using both allen wrenches, provided, to install the arm rest. The chair will work for the occasional job, maybe not for everyday use - you'll want to transport a lighter chair - in my opinion.

Delivered really fast- arrived 6 days before expected delivery date. However the plastic on the bottom of one of the legs is messed up, it sits in at an angle instead of being flat like the others. There was also about a one inch tear in the carrying case. Although I'm disappointed by these, it wasn't enough for me to want to go through the trouble of sending it back and getting it replaced. It sits sturdy, I tested with several people of varying weight and it felt very secure. I don't plan to be transporting it very often so I'm not worried about the tear getting larger.

I purchased the chair as a Christmas gift primarily for the wife. Some assembly is required but not too bad. I was surprised at the quality/strength of the frame and cushions. The chair is light as advertised though strong enough for a big person. I am 230 lbs and the chair holds me well and does not twist or flex. Our chair will not be moved other than from room to room. It would be easy to take apart and transport. It positions a person well for a back massage so I knew I would becoming a masseuse. The reward for giving a good massage are ????+++

IT IS DECENTt! Shipping was made on time. It came with VERY SIMPLE instructions. I consider myself pretty handy and was able to put it together with no problem just looking at the pictures online. But the instruction were not helpful. The pics in the instruction are very poor. If you are the type that have problems putting things together, you might have a rough time with this.Headrest came defective. The nob on one side came off right away while I was adjusting the high and then it wouldn't stay in place every time I try to fix it. I couldn't use it at all :( I'm waiting for the company to respond if they will send a replacement for the head rest or I would have to return the whole thingUPDATE:The company responded right away and sent a replacement for the head cradle. I installed it and this time it worked perfectly. It is very comfortable and can be adjusted easily. It doesn't seem to be very sturdy and haven't tried it with really big people. But in general it is OK
