This is my second one. Love it.

Missing parts, poor quality assurance work
The handle was missing a top roller bearing. So the handle rolled on the bolt that holds the bearing. Now I have to wait and see if customer service comes through with the missing part. Could be weeks One of the spring loaded supports would not spring up on its own. I had to bend some supports below to get it to work properly. I regret this purchase.

Superb. Worth every penny and resellabe
Superb tike cutter recommended by a professional as this is brand they all use. We had (expensive) bumpy tiles for 2 bathrooms which would have been a nightmare to cut which a cheap cutter and end up costing us a fortune in wastage. False economy. This cutter was amazing and we sold it after the job was done for Al.ost full price to a tiler. Can't recommend it enough.
