Tap Magic 30004P ProTap Cutting Fluid, 4 oz. Size

This cutting fluid works extremely well and makes a noticeable difference when tapping or drilling metal. It reduces friction and heat effectively, resulting in smoother cuts and cleaner threads. A little goes a long way, so the 4 oz. bottle lasts longer than expected for most projects. It’s easy to apply and helps extend tool life by preventing binding and wear. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality cutting fluid that performs exactly as intended.

Gives off an unpleasant odor after it heats up, but works great as a tapping/cutting fluid. Keeps bits running cool and lubricated. Probably not a great idea to breathe the fumes for extended periods, if you’re in a poorly ventilated area.

You immediately notice a difference when you drop a bit of this while cutting. I put mine in a spray bottle and put 3oz of water in it, works perfectly.

Seems to help drilling stainless.

I love this tap and drilling oil. It really makes tapping and drilling much easier and your tools will stay sharper longer.

As part of my farm work I needed to enforce my plough using 1/4 inch plate and angle iron. Drilling through it was a challenging work using my handu 3in1 oil. That was not helping a lot. Then I ordered the Tap Magic. Liw and behold this oil is really magic. I was drilling holes in 1/2 inch steel in a minute. Excellent stuff. I would recommend it to anyone who has a job drilling or threading.

If you do any drilling or tapping, cutting oil is a must, and Tap Magic is the best one to use. I was able to drill and tap cast iron with a drill tap combination bit, and it worked perfect without any overheating, and without breaking a bit. The small bottle will last a long time.

Worked great while using on copper pcb board. Cleared a huge area with a .5mm bit using this product helped keep bit cool, prevented copper and fiberglass shavings from floating around, and successfully cleared copper without damaging bit!
