Weird little thing

Awful quality plants and arrived dead
Dreadful item, arrived looking dead with a misleading care card which said it often arrives looking this way but would revive. It didn't revive, I persevered and completely brown (dead) with just a few tiny green bits. I have over 40 house plants, I followed complete instructions and I have multiple other of these plants so I know exactly what I am doing. The seller was awful when contacted, I explained it arrived looking dead but that given their care card says transit often does that to them but they come around I had followed that - but it hasn't come around. I asked for a replacement, not even a refund. They said no. They asked for a photo, and I sent and they responded saying it was alive. I responded and said no, mostly dead - and then they replied and said I hadn't watered it and had killed it. How do they know that? It's a £5.99 plant, do the right thing for customers and your reputation and provide decent customer service. I would add, it's extremely hard to capture on camera and I had just soaked it prior to these images but bar the little green bits it's dead. It's also not one plant. It's shred of different plants tied together by an elastic band.... awful quality. Don't buy, worth paying a little more for something decent.

Somewhat satisfied
Brought two bunches of this one bunch was as pictured and great the second bunch was 4 strands disappointing. Think it was rather a rip off for buying two lots at same time Would expect two full bunches as pictured not one bunch and 4 strands. Plant was healthy some brown on arrival.

Good size plant and great value
Very good value for the size of plant supplied, a lot cheaper than buying from a nursery. Would definitely bay again!

Not an accurate picture
I would say that the picture for this item is deeply inaccurate. What I received was a straggly, beige bit of grass - approximately 7 or 8 strands which looked dead - and still does. Despite following the instructions on watering for the first time, it has not rallied and looks terrible so have binned it.
