Cornmeal Coarse Grind 24.0 OZ (Pack of 2)

I can’t find the course grind in my local stores so I order it here. I discovered this grind by buying it once, by mistake and, turns out, I made the best pan of cornbread, ever in my life, using it. I used the recipe on the back of the bag. It makes it almost like cake, no overly dry choky texture but moist and very tasty. It’s a bit more expensive than other brands but, to me, it’s worth it. Bob’s Red Mill is the best!

I have been using Bob's Red Mill cornmeal for about ten years and I always get compliments and asked for the recipe. I tell them to use this brand because I have tried so many others and this is the best. This time I did try the coarse grind, but I like the medium grind better for cornbread. Some of the grains are thick and a little chewy in the coarse grind. And when I make a pan of cornbread, although it calls for 6-8 Tbsp of cornmeal, I use 10.
