Q: For those who have used this on their window air conditioner units (on the outside box), did the heat from the exhaust melt the netting?

Hi! Thank you for your inquiry. Although we've never tested this against the exhaust from a window air conditioner unit, we can tell you that polyester melts at approximately 480F. No, it would not fall appart. I did just that. You will get to usable pieces. Cutting on the other hand will not be easy, if you requiring a streight line.

No there shouldn't be any holes. A hole would let mosquitoes in, which the netting is supposed to prevent.

This works great for covering windows. Use magnets Spaced about 3 to 4 inches apart. The netting will stay on. Only if the car is still. It will not stay on if you’re driving.
