Q: A few reviews say it's smaller than expected. What are the actual dimensions?

Just measured it. Outside dimensions are 10" long and just over 6" wide. It's rather small and not very practical as a toiletry bag (in my opinion). However, it's very well made and a nice bag and therefore use it but for other things.

Q: Is this insulated or heat or water resistant?
