A: This is the low beam unit but stays lit when the high beam is in use.

**Q: What is the part number for the bucket this fits in?**
A: Sorry that I don’t know but it was gotten for a 2005 Chevy express van

**Q: Will this fit a 2005 isuzu npr hd commercial truck?**
A: I don’t know if it will fit a 2005 Isuzu truck. But the sealed beam head light fogged up after a few months of use.... I removed the glass lense, cleaned it and super glued it back in place.
