This is a very Good Australian BBQ Sauce, I liked it very much and was also suprised comparing to my Favorite Sauce(80oz Organic Head Country BBQ) when cooking Beef Short ribs in two different slow cookers... The Quality was very much there, as was a great blend of spices. I would definetly purchase this again, however I will try their 'Sweet & Spicy' next time to compare to the original.The Ingredients are as follows... Tomato Puree( Water, Tomato Paste), Cane Sugar, Malt Powder, Honey, Distilled Vinegar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Salt, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Molasses, Tamarind, Spices, Caramel Color, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Black Pepper, Dried Chili Pepper, Xanathan Gum, And Citric Acid.The Nutrional Analysis is Serving Size 1 TBSP (12g), 20 Calories (5 Calories from Fat), Sodium 310mg, Carbohydrate 6g, Dietay Fiber 1g, Sugars 5g, And Protein 1g.

Won't eat anything else. In the past I have purchased by the gallon but now just order several small bottles..yummy
