A great addition to your health regiment
Glad I came across these. CodeAge offers amazing supplements, and this one is no exception. I actually feel a significant increase in energy, and I know that I'm taking something that is supporting my overall health. We live in a world full of things that are not good for us, and I definitely know that I am not the epitome of perfect health. However, I like to try my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly, eating well, and taking supplements. I'm really excited by the ingredients in this product. I fully believe that the best medicine for our bodies comes from plants found in nature, and we might as well give ourselves the best nutrition and supplements available.

More Energy/Dosing
I wasn't sure what to expect, but with 1 capsule I noticed I had a lot more energy. Great product, it has an amazing blend I am very happy with it. I highly recommend this one as it is rich in anti-oxidants and Quercetin which is an anti-senolyitic. Lower your dose if you have any issues. Dosing: My sister took 2 capsules at once and did have digestive issues. I think you're supposed to space out your doses though? My Dad takes 2 capsules a day and has no issues. I only take 1 capsule instead of 4 as some of the ingredients are estrogenic (quercetin, grape-extract resveratol, blueberry extract). Some estrogen is good for maintaining your bone strength. I am very sensitive to estrogenic products, too much affects my mood.

Not sure if count is correct
Product seems to be working. I have IBS-c and the prescription meds just aren’t enough. I am doing better with this, however, I seem to be running out before the month is up. I will have to physically count the next bottle, but I ran out a few days before the 30 days was up. Bottle says 120 capsules and at 4 a day they should last 30 days, but both bottles ran out early.

Clean and innovative immunity support
Last month I was traveling a lot and it was pretty hard on my body. I knew I was going to be run down so I took the polyphenols supplement along with me. I took the recommended dosage, 3 capsules a day, and 4 on days I was feeling that run down feeling. I could feel my body skirting the line of becoming sick, however, to my surprise, I was healthy and active the entirety of my travels. I would take these supplements in the morning or in the evening if I was more run down and I would wake up feeling clean and energized for the next day! This supplement would be great to have on you on the regular to make sure you're keeping up with your general health and functionality of your immune system.

Quality of product is different each order.
This is my second purchase of this product. I started off really liking it however, when the second lot came, it was completely different from the first. The second lot smelt like it been saturated in perfume. It was a completely different color and the taste is so strong and floral that is really hard to take, and it keeps coming back on me. For this reason, I’m no longer taking the product and I wouldn’t buy it again. I like the ingredients I like the value for money, but I just couldn’t get past the quality of the second product.
