Love it , it had helped the pain in my neck. I can get up in the morning without pain. Super pillow.

We LOVE these pillows! They're just the right combination of softness and firm support for your head. The water adds a comfortable and absolutely blissful nights sleep! I couldn't understand how some people got pillow they couldn't stand the smell of, and others didn't until we got ours. The first one smelled badly of the polyurethane off gassing. I gave it to my husband who wears a CPAP unit and can't smell it. He LOVES it. The 2nd one had NO smell, 0 off gassing, and I was relieved about that, so I kept it. I've asked the hubby if he wants to exchange the off gassing pillow, but he insists he doesn't want to be without it! lol He objected to the price at first, until I told him the cheap $20 pillows are garbage, and that there are pillows up to $150, each. He and I are very happy with our Mediflow pillows, but I suggest you buy them here on Amazon, in case they smell bad from the off gassing. That way you can get one that doesn't smell bad. I initially bought a fiber pillow directly from Mediflow and it's terrible, no support whatsoever. But, I have to return it to them on my own dime, unfortunately. When I looked at their return policy, it said if you bought it from someone else, check with them. I realized Amazon probably sells it and Voila, they do. Live and learn. I was amazed and delighted with this pillow and still am a month later. Highly recommend. Also, the Amazon delivery driver was wonderfully polite, considerate and kind. He delivered the box to our 2nd floor unit because my husband is disabled. He observed all COVID protocols as well, but still handed the box to my husband.

This is hands down the most comfortable and supportive pillow I've ever invested in...and I've tried many over the years! I have really bad neck pain from multiple work injuries, so I don't expect any pillow to fix that. I just hope for enough support that I can sleep through the night and have less pain in the morning! This pillow has REALLY helped me, and it's so comfortable! Having memory foam and a water base together is a fantastic combination! This pillow cradles my head when I'm in the middle of the pillow, and is very soft while at the same time ergonomically supportive. I like firm support, so I have a lot of water in the pillow. It works really well for me, and this is one of the few ergonomic pillows I've found that actually has real support! I would advise to anyone considering this pillow to experiment with the water amount; it's going to make a huge difference if you get it right for your preference. It will be very comfortable! Dreamy! Also, do follow the instructions on getting the air out; if you don't, the water will be too loud, swishing around when you move!

I was in love with these pillows at first. No more headaches or neck pain, but they are firm, and the memory foam doesn't break down. I have let more water out, and my neck pain and headaches have returned. I wish the memory foam were a little bit more squishy. I paid 50 dollars for the first pillow, and with inflation, I spent 80 for the second one. I have owned the pillows for about a year now.

For years I searched for a pillow that wouldn’t cause me to wake up with a stiff and sore neck. I tried dozens. Then 7 years ago I decided to try the Medflow water pillow. I loved it. My neck was no longer sore and I slept much better. Sadly, a couple of weeks ago my pillow started leaking. To be fair to the pillow, I must state that it went everywhere with me. My husband and I Rv a lot and I would take the pillow and then bring it back, often going to very high altitudes along the way. Anyway, when my pillow leaked I decided to replace it. I saw that the company had come out with the memory form version and it had high ratings. With much trepidation I ordered it but worried it wouldn’t be as comfortable. I’m happy to report that it is even better now and so comfortable I look forward to laying my head on that pillow. If you buy this pillow, remember that you may spend several nights getting the water level to suit you. Once you do, though, you too will love this pillow.

Filled with 5 liters of water and still not enough support. The memory foam is made of cheap material and very soft with no support. Very disappointed. Was excited after reading reviews but it's more of a gimmick in my opinion

I usually don't write reviews, but had to share how I use this pillow with the hopes of bringing relief to my fellow night sweating sufferers. I loved the comfort of this pillow, but was disappointed with the amount of heat it absorbs and puts back out. Out of desperation, I started putting it in the garage refrigerator every morning and leaving it until I am literally ready to lie down in bed. It helped a lot, but still warmed up too much for me, so now I flip it to the water side up and oh my goodness, it is so refreshing and comfortable. The coolness lasts for about 6 hours and I am sleeping better and my entire body is cooler than it has been for years. On the days I have forgotten to put it in the fridge, I have placed a gallon of water in the freezer for 3-4 hours before bedtime and filled it up with the nearly frozen water just prior to bedtime. This way actually stays cooler for a little longer. I am also a migraine sufferer and sleeping on the very cold water is very soothing and may actually be decreasing the frequency of them. Love, love, love my pillow and my unorthodox way of using it! I don't ever want to be without it!

Its great but not for a person used to a flatter pillow.

An incredible petroleum smell spread when I opened the package of the pillow. It is not possible to sleep with this fragrance. I saw the pillow split in half when I removed the pillow for airing. Extremely poor quality material was used. Great disappointment. I definitely want my money back

Excelente producto, con el agua regulas el tamaño de la almohada, además de que resulta agradable el sonido del agua, ya que transmite frescura. No se ha deformado y además muy higiénica. La recomiendo.

I have slipped disc in my lower back and also my neck is affected, have been looking around for an adjustable pillow and glad to find it on Amazon, hope to continue buying again.

It’s good for sleeping as it helps with my neck aches and the pillow doesn’t go flat as compared to other pillows.

For my cervical problem it is not comfortable enough. It could be good for someone else, but it didn't serve my purpose
