SEYMAC stock Case for iPad Air 3 2019 / Pro 10.5'' with Screen Protector Pen Holder [360° Rotate Hand Strap/Stand], Drop-Proof Case (Black)

I needed a rugged case for my iPad that I use to operate a Bluetooth connected, car audio DSP (Digital Signal Processor). I explained my parameters to Copilot AI and this was its recommendation. Hard case, rubber surround easy to assemble. It comes with a rotating palm strap, a kickstand, a removable shoulder strap and a (mostly) removable carrying handle. A surprise bonus was mine came with two front frames. One with a screen protector and one without. I preferred the one without as I need very precise touch control for my DSP interface. I wanted to customize mine to tie in with the black and gold theme of my show car. I purchased some automotive paint "wrap" film and trimmed it to fit perfectly in the inset portion of the case. The provided hand strap works perfectly to hold the iPad to the steering wheel while listening to the stereo. (No, I do not have it there when I drive). This is a great case.

When I bought my iPad the store was out of cases (I live in Bermuda); so I was nervous to use it... I didn't carry it around. I only used it on my bed in my bedroom where I felt safe.. Then I ordered this case... and now I take it everywhere. The case is awesome! It is so sturdy that I feel safe. It goes in my purse to work every day so that I can use it during my lunch hour. I can carry it with me all around the house...even when my hands are full! The short hanging strap makes it so easy to do so! The close hand strap at the back makes it safe to hold with one hand...especially if you need one hand free. (Sorry I know that sounds strange...but once you but it you will understand once you buy one!!) There is a cover for the screen which doesn't impede touch screen ability and offers protection. It also has a lever that you pull out that works as a stand. The part rotates so you can stand it whichever way you want. My only complaint is that it really only stands on soft surfaces (I.e. my bed) when the ipad is length wise. If you put too much pressure on your iPad while in this position the stand may close. However, I find this is a minor inconvenience when you look at the its durability and other functions and it didn't stop me from giving it five stars. I would buy it again.

We bought this to protect an iPad used by a six year old - so we specifically searched for something thick and sturdy. Our son likes the flexible hand strap on the back (held together with velcro) and the pop-out arm that rotates so he can stand it up in any position. It's held up well this first month. We haven't yet experienced any major drops (more than a few inches from hands to table), so I can't speak to its ability to absorb a big shock. The only very slight downside is that because of the strap and rotating arm on the back, it doesn't lay flat on a hard surface. If that's important to you, this isn't a good option. The strap feature is nice to have but I'm happy it's removable. The strap is probably much more useful for someone using this in a commercial setting where they need to be hands free periodically. FYI that while the strap itself can be taken off, the strap connectors need to be removed separately by 'unlooping' the strings from the back. And it's not easy to get the strings back into the little holes if you want to loop them back onto the cover.

I’m writing this review two years later only because I don’t believe in immediately reviewing them without some use. Two years later this thing is still in great shape. I use this for doing estimates on the tractor trailers we do repairs on. It goes everywhere! Has not sun faded or anything. My IPad looks like new underneath. Two things need improvement. The length of the hand strap and the strength of the kickstand on the back. The hand strap is for a child or very small person. A man’s hand will not fit comfortably. The kickstand I never use until recently. Halfway through a video call it snapped in half. No extra weight or anything. Sitting on the desk with three of us on the call. Big disappointment. Other than that this thing was indestructible.

I purchased this for my ipad - it fits well and works better than I feared - I was worried it was going to be of less quality - but it really does seem to be good quality. The rubber is soft and flexible; easy to manipulate to charge and seems to offer good protection. It comes either with a screen cover or without (meaning both come, but you can choose which way to install). I am using it with the screen cover and for the most part it seems not to negatively impact the sensitivity. I will say I had some challenges using my apple pen - and now that I reflect, it could have been because of the screen cover. If I continue to have intermittent issues, I will try it without the screen cover. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now. Installation was actually pretty tricky - the instructions weren't great and I definitely fumbled through it. I didn't realize initially that the cover snapped on over the top of some of the outside rubberized material, but I was eventually able to work it out. I LOVE the fact that it has the apple pencil holder on the back - a GREAT way to keep your apple pencil ready for use and I think that feature should be advertised more clearly as it is a great feature.

Well first off I admit I haven’t had this all that long, however it seems to do the trick pretty well. I got the bright orange so I could find it quickly as I’m always sending things down and forgetting where I put them (old age). It took me a while to get it out of the package but the instructions overall were pretty simple some rather hilarious statements in English but the instructions were clear enough. So far I’m very pleased with it all my buttons function properly without having to slam on them. The soft neoprene surrounding the iPad itself works fairly well I like the handle in the back for my hand and no comment yet about the stand. I did not use the screen protector as it appeared to be just a little bit too dark for my taste. Overall I am pleased with it...it wasn’t expensive and it certainly seems to do the job. Update 5/22/21. Works better than I expected. The color makes it easy to find & the case itself has protected my iPad from a couple of clumsy moves on my part. Great case for kids . Has a stand built in to hold it up for the table and also has a strap. We hang it from the back of the car seat while driving so kids can watch a movie

Very good durable case the only problem I have is I can’t find the pencil holder. Also I’m using a stylus pen instead of using my finger & before I knew it the face was really badly scratched first time I ever had that happen BUMMER so I’m going to reduce my rating.
