I've been dealing with very painful cramps since I started my period. I tried taking ibuprofen and Advil (yeah, I was desperate) and ended up having to tough it through for days. My mom suggested I take these since these are what she used to take when she had cramps. I finally followed her advice and these are hands down THE BEST period pain reliever I have taken. Take two, give it 20-30 minutes and you will be good to go for a few hours. Ladies, if you experience any type of period pain, buy a pack.

This product is fantastic for those stupid menstrual cramps and aches! Not sure what is so different from other products (I use ibuprofen for all other aches and pains), but it does the trick. Also, if you have any pulled muscles, this is also a good product to use.

As a last result I gave it to my adult son who suffers from chronic headaches and it helped a lot. Too early to really tell but so far it has worked
