Another great practical book by Ilchi Lee!
Another great book by Ilchi Lee! After his NY Times BestSelling book, The Call of Sedona, I have been anticipating and waiting excitedly for his next book! This book is practical indeed. I love the simplicity of its contents and tools that can be easily followed and applied in daily life. I loved reading the miracle stories of healing from all over our different communities and the different ways to utilize Life Particles, from connecting with your own body, to improving relationships with others whether near of far, to your plants and animals. How cool is that!? I really loved it that I decided to get 2 books to give as gifts. Oh, and it comes with a Life Particle card to get you started right away!

Good clear voice.
I really enjoyed the CD. The sound was good, the woman's voice was very nice with good enunciation, just slow enough so I could follow her directions, good repetition. Overall worthwhile.

A concise explanation of meditative healing
I picked up this book while visiting Sedona years ago and just got around to reading it. I've always had an interest in spirituality, from Theosophy, astral travel to psychic phenomenon. The model that Ilchi puts forth fits well with the reading I've done since the 90's, especially channeling the life force of the universe (which Ilchi calls life particles) through your energy centers (chakras), breathing (prana) and guided visualization (mind screen). I believe this are power concepts and probably as true as anything I've read about. The key with these meditation techniques is constant practice and learning to clear your mind and focus. Some of the most productive and creative times in my life was when I was meditating daily. I highly recommend this book.

Life Particles one possible explanation
I'm not yet finished reading "Life Particle Meditation," but of what I have read, I can only say this. Ilchi Lee has an interesting interpretation of the way the universe operates, and he cites many examples of where he says he has found proof it is correct, but I have to say his interpretation is only one of many possible explanations for the end result of healing energy. I believe that there are "More things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio ...", but the scientist in me is skeptical that this one interpretation is the definitive answer to the answers of why we are here and how we can transform ourselves into cosmic beings.
