I move it with my fingertip under the eye and even the upper inner 1/3 eye lid to counter the purplish of the blood vessel in those areas. It's sheer (after a fingertip application, I blend the edges with a sponge) so I use another great concealer (thicker, more matched to my skin tone on top) Fiera Luxury Concealer on top.
