We use other cast iron products and love it. Imports to fallow instructions before first use. Then all you need to do to avoid sticking is preheat really good both sides in low heat. place waffle batter on one side and give it a minute(almost like a pancake making), then close the other side give few more minutes and flip. I use almond flour recipes and have no issues. Just preheat all the way through and it works great.
