Review: Make your gift POP! 🤩 - It’s like a flimsy foil but the color is so beautiful! It stood out among other gifts under the tree!
Review: Heidi Swapp foil for me!!! - I recently got my Minc foiling machine and used the sample Heidi Swapp foil that came with it—worked perfectly on the first try! Then I tried a heat-activated foil from an off-brand on desertcart, and it foiled everything it, even without heat, no matter the temperature setting. I gave another off-brand foil a shot from a different store. It was slightly better but still left a faint foil residue over the entire page, in addition to the design. The results just didn’t look clean. I finally tried Heidi Swapp foil again—same color as the off-brand—and once again, it foiled flawlessly on the first try. Safe to say, I’ll be sticking with Heidi Swapp foil from now on!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: what thickness and is it only foil or paper backed?**
A: I have a package here and it doesn't say the thickness of the foil but since most laminators have settings for 3mm & 5mm I'd feel safe going with one of those. It is NOT paper backed.

**Q: Can I use this to wrap a cake board? Is it like regular tin foil that will wrap around things and scrunch easily?**
A: No, this isn’t anything like tin foil. It’s more like a slick thin paper. You place it on black print and the foil bonds to the ink (using a machine).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ works using the laserprinter/laminator process
*by S***L on December 12, 2020*

I don't have a foil product so use the laser printer and laminator process. This product works very well for that. It was easy to work with and the end product turned out very well. I'll buy it again. It was a comparable price to the other similar products but they didn't have this particular blue color. It came on time and was a described.
