Epicurean Kitchen Series Cutting Board, 17.5-Inch × 13-Inch, Nutmeg

We are removing plastics from our kitchen and this cutting board hits the mark. We have the two largest sizes and have been using them daily for over a year. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and lightweight. I only wish they had larger sizes to make breaking down chickens, etc, a bit easier. Note that there's no edge on these so fluids will run off. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. Also, you'll need a wet paper towel or similar to prevent slipping when chopping, but this is typical for cutting boards. Highly recommend.

This is a great addition in my kitchen. I'm happy knowing it's not damaging my knives like other cutting boards. I wash it off frequently, and I will say that over time it's slightly warped, so it doesn't lie completely flat which I find somewhat annoying because it spins sometimes when I'm trying to use it. Got a put a damp towel underneath it to keep it steady I guess. The size is perfect and I love how thin and durable it is.

Love these cutting boards - dishwasher safe (for real), just by far the best cutting boards I've ever had. I used the Epicurean Board Butter (totally worth it) - and if you're just chopping veggies, you can just rinse the board under running water when done. If I cut raw fish or meat, I will put it in the dishwasher. I have several sizes (large to small) and use them all, all of the time. I've used bamboo, plastic, and glass cutting boards - this is by far my absolute favorite. Don't let the cheaper knock-offs fool you - not even close to the same.

I like it a lot Easy to clean and no stain, slim, light, but a little loud Also I wouldn’t recommend to put in a dishwasher. Maybe it was my fault but it’s bent after I ran for the first time

I purchased cutting Board on January 25 2026 and on August 12, 2025 the top corner chipped off on one side leaving the material exposed to swelling when it gets wet. I always just rinse it and set on rack to dry Too expensive to only last 7 months

I researched the boards. I also saw a small percentage of bad reviews which I believe they are totally unfounded. These were the best purchase Ive made for a cutting board. They are so easy to wash in the dishwasher except the largest size I have to hand wash. The boards are so light in weight and easier to store than wood cutting boards. They do leave knife marks but was absolutely ok with me. Ive bought 4 boards so far. They say that wood boards are not antibacterial. My wood boards would crack and I was afraid to use them. You have to hand wash which I never liked.

Well worth the premium. It’s much better than the cheap Chinese made garbage that you’ll find elsewhere.

Like how lightweight it is and goes right into the dishwasher. Would appreciate more protective packaging to prevent deep scratches on these boards upon receipt.
