Why does the picture of the instructions say "add water" but the product description paragraph says to "add milk"?

I always add milk, never water. Initially, I followed the directions saying to add water - never again! The milk gives it a much richer taste and texture. I also add a squirt of lemon juice, for extra flavor. Have used this product ever since we initially brought it back from Germany.

When is the shelf life of this product? I can not find the expiration date anywhere.

My container is not marked with a date either. I have kept this item for over a year and the quality has not changed. The label has this on it....Unilever Food Solutions, Lisle, Ill 60532 and the website unileverfoodsolutions.us The bottom of my container has code numbers stamped on it but I don't know what they stand for. Maybe that website can help you

I purchased a case which was 4 boxes, 3 packs each of the mix and it was shipped from Finland, very good product

When did Knorr start adding milk to their sauce? I have never added milk to their mix?

For bearnaise you must add milk and always have had too. Maybe you are thinking of gravy?
