Continues to do its jobs!
Edit [11/4/19]: Stiill going great! Used the 3" chisel to remove an old mortar shower pan and wall surround done in ugly old tile. Then, after cutting large rectangular openings in the slab underneath to get at the old cast iron drains needing replacement, used the Eneacro with narrow bits to break the concrete into manageable sized pieces. SO glad I bought this! Unfortunately, I'm now out of grease, and although the hammer is still working, no one from Eneacro has yet responded to my question of what grease to use! Hellooo! I bought this just over a month ago, and the hammer function just stopped working. I was prepared to be upset, but then I thought even though I haven't used it as many hours as they said before it would require adding grease, I would try doing that. I squeezed a little more than half the tube provided into the hole on the top (nice of them to include the grease and the tool to remove the cap). Then I ran the drill without attempting to hammer or drill anything for about thirty seconds. When I tried hammering again, the chisel just vibrated slightly, but within a few seconds, the old sound of the powerful hammer came back and the chisel went to work again! I know the company has someone read these reviews, so I hope they will respond with information about what grease to use when I run out, which I will be doing sooner than I thought. I am so relieved that the lack of grease was why the hammer stopped working, because I have done so much with this tool in the month I've had it. First, I used it to drill holes in CMU's (cinder block) to anchor furring strips with Tapcon screws (2x3's on edge to accommodate 2" polyisocyanurate insulation board). I bought a Bosch 3/16" SDS-Plus bit to pilot the screws. SO much faster than my 18-year-old Makita hammer drill that had begun to scream at me. Then, I used it to chip off some uneven concrete. I had to be careful, because it wanted to take away more material than I needed to get rid of. I ordered a 3"x10" straight chisel from another manufacturer so that I could take up glued down linoleum flooring quickly. I haven't done that job yet, but I also knew the wider blade would provide more control in chipping away high spots in concrete. After that, I used the rotary hammer to put multiple 3/16" pilot holes for Tapcon screws to anchor pressure treated floor plates over 30-year-old concrete. This was the kind of task that had likely killed my hammer drill over the years as well as taking a huge amount of time to drill each hole. Thus, this was the true test of the rotary hammer that I bought to replace the Makita. What a dream! The ENEACRO had each hole to full depth almost instantly, and since it was so fast, the bit didn't get hot the way the bits in the Makita had. So these bits should last much longer because they stay relatively cool. Next, I used that new chisel to make digging a trench though hardened dirt and sandstone rocks to lay a drain pipe to carry water away from my foundation. Wow! Made the job much easier than it had been using a shovel and gave me far more control than a pick would have provided in breaking up the soil just where I wanted the trench. A narrower chisel would have just buried itself and I would have spent all my time pulling the chisel back out of the hole, but this one was perfect. Any wider chisel in this soil, and I would have been better off with a full-sized SDS-Max demolition hammer, which was good, because I couldn't find a wider chisel in SDS-Plus. After that, I used both the narrow chisel that came with the rotary hammer and the 3" one I bought separately to break up 5 1/2 CMU's that had been solid grouted with concrete, rather than ordinary mortar. Several had rebar set into them, so I also used my 12" diamond blade concrete saw. The hammer allowed me to trim the CMU away from the poured concrete that was placed behind the blocks without gouging it, which was my goal. The saw only cuts about 4" deep, and I needed to go 8", so the chisel was indispensable. It was at the end of this job that the hammer function stopped working as well as it had, and I thought it was maybe just that the machine was hot. The fix was as described in my first paragraph above. Most recently, I made a 4" round hole in ungrouted CMU to run a dryer vent through the wall. The smaller chisel did an almost perfect job of it, so I only had a tiny bit of hand chiseling to make the hole fit the 4" duct almost perfectly, with very little room for caulk! I haven't done the outside hole yet (It's raining out there!), just put a small hole in the center of where the 4" hole needs to be from the inside, making it easy to locate the hole on the outside when it stops raining. If you have suffered from the inadequacies of even a heavy-duty hammer drill for years, as I have, do yourself a big favor and step up to the ENEACRO rotary hammer. It's a terrific bargain in a powerful tool!

Hammer drills and chisels with ease!
This is a beast of a tool! Makes easy work of hammer drilling and chiseling. I used this to easily strip ancient plaster from brick for brick wall exposure. Goes through plaster like butter! Tool is high quality, easy to set up, and easy to use. It is heavy like any other hammer drill of it's kind.

A beast, works great!
This thing is a beast! I've only had it a few weeks so I can't speak to how long it will last but it's got plenty of power and will drill 5/8 holes into concrete for rebar like nothing. I thought my drillbits were getting dull but it was just my old hammer drill was not as strong. Same drill bits in this thing drill right through concrete no hassle.

Beast 13amp power.
This made taking down tile walls a breeze. There is a technique to doing it so don't go smashing everything with this drill . Also effortlessly drills 1/2" and larger holes into concrete. It's big with some weight to it but I use it for walls and everything else because it works effortlessly. We will see you how well it holds up but it seems very promising.

Built Like a Tank and Ready for Anything
Built Like a Tank and Ready for Anything This ENEACRO rotary hammer drill impressed me right out of the case. The build is solid, with a rugged body that feels ready for years of heavy use. At 13 amps, it’s got more than enough power to chew through concrete, brick, and stone. I’ve already used it to drill anchor holes in a foundation wall and to chip away old tile—both jobs it handled with ease. The included drill bits and chisels aren’t top-tier pro grade, but they’re perfectly serviceable to get you started, and the grease is a thoughtful addition for maintenance. I like the four modes—drill, hammer drill, chisel, and chisel adjust. Switching between them is smooth and intuitive, and the vibration control works better than expected. After an afternoon of use, my arms weren’t nearly as fatigued as with some older hammer drills I’ve owned. The safety clutch is another great feature that gives peace of mind if the bit binds. Things to keep in mind: this tool is heavy, so it’s not something you want for overhead drilling or all-day use unless you’re ready for a workout. Also, while the included case keeps everything together, it’s more functional than durable—I wouldn’t expect it to withstand jobsite abuse for long. Bottom line: This is a powerful, well-designed rotary hammer that delivers professional-level performance at a very reasonable price. If you need a tough drill for concrete, masonry, or demolition tasks, this one is a fantastic buy.

Big bang for your buck
I don't ever buy power tools from unheard of foreign brand names, but I had a need for a specific project where buying a similar tool from my usual brands would have been 3 or 4 times more expensive. I'm glad I went with this one! For over a month we have been breaking off the mortar from a 170 year old stone foundation. It was a tedious process with hand tools, sometimes taking an hour to do a few square feet. With a chisel attachment on hammer mode with this tool I was able to do a square foot in seconds to a minute max! Wish I had it sooner. I haven't tried the drill function, but I can say that the hammer function has plenty power for what I need and has never slowed or strained with my use. I ordered another set of SDS Plus bits and really I would have been fine with the few that came with this tool. The only downside to this drill is the weight. At nearly 20 pounds, it gets very tiring to hold for more than a couple minutes against a wall when it's not at a convenient height. However, one day I used it for about 6 hours during an 8 hour stretch and even though I was a little sore later, there is absolutely no vibration stress to your hands or body. My non rotary hammer drills would have beat up my hands. Some things to watch out for are maintenance and safety related. The instructions say to add grease after 40 hours of use. I noticed a bit of a squealing sound as it slows down to a stop after about 20 hours of use. Luckily, they give you a tube of grease free, as well as a wrench to remove the grease plug. It's really simple to open and squeeze in the grease, and immediately the drill sounded better. So make sure you keep it lubed. Also, this is a very loud tool. The cooling fan runs noisily, but once you press the bit to create the hammer action, it's loud. Please wear hearing protection and safety glasses. After removing over 500 square feet of mortar in a dusty basement, this inexpensive beast is still going strong and I highly recommend it if you're on a budget.

A Real Workhorse
Wish I had this unit when I did the first half of my fence. Very little spud bar action. This larger mid-grade SDS handled all the river rock in my ground as I live in the Rocky Mountains. I was knocking out holes much faster. My smaller SDS really wasn't enough. Have more fence to do and glad I have this unit and great price too.

Excellent home use hammer drill
After years of drilling concrete with simple rotating masonry bits, I decided to purchase a hammer drill do a multi-hole project. I purchased the more powerful of the two available from this manufacturer, and didn't regret it. Where simple rotating masonry bits work out quickly and just spun without penetration once hard spots (rocks presumably) were encountered, this hammer drill just pressed through without any hesitation ... seriously like a hot knife through butter. I ensured that I used the correct drill bit type (specified in the description), and lubricated the fixture end also as indicated. This made the bit remove easily - I did note that the grease had thinned and gained transparency during the drilling, so it must have been under load/heat. It was easily wiped off so the bit could be stored for another use. I had read a review citing that these bits jammed in this hammer drill, and was worried about it. The method and importance of greasing the bits prior to use is described in the manual. Other key short and longer term maintenance items were also described - blowing out concreted dust from the motor vents with a compressed air duster, and replacing the internal mechanism grease. The manual also specifically warns this not an industrial or commercial use product, and it seems very well built for a home-only use product - particularly as it is a small fraction of the cost of more recognized name brand products.

Impressive and great value
Seems to be really powerful! I just did 50+ 1/2", 3" deep holes in an old, aggregate concrete retaining wall. Each one took 10-15 seconds. I had to replace the included bit about after about 20 holes. The new Bosch bit is still going string. Note the included bits are metric - 8, 10, and 12mm. Read the instructions about installing bits and grease/maintenance. Pretty sure it has a clutch, as it did got stuck once and then spun freely. As others have said, use it for 2-3 jobs and it pays for itself. Hoping it lasts well beyond that!
