i started two months ago taking this daily i started with acne problems since im 21 now 33 went to all kind of treatments and my acne is never been better since i started this and left all medication behind 🥳🥳 im so happy highly recommend

I have battled acne most of my adult life (still have it at 52!) I routinely get whiteheads, blemishes and the painful cystic acne. I have been using this probiotic for a few months. Along with a 10% benzyl peroxide cleanser, Noxzema acne pads and this probiotic, my skin is much better. It even has a subtle glow to it. If you've tried it all like me, give this a chance.

I just got this and I'm looking forward to seeing if this will help my skin. I have had acne all my life (ugh) and hope this will help even somewhat. I didn't see any other posts about this and it maybe just me, but the smell is a huge turnoff. It smells and tastes like grass. That's the only reason for my 4 star. But if it works, I'll deal with the smell/taste. UPDATE: Since COVID-19 I have been working from home. I also have been eating a ton of junk food as a result. My face has seriously broken out because of it. After a couple of days, my skin is starting to not being so angry. I can see long term benefit, but the taste and smell of it is so off putting.

Stopped my itching after 3 years of steroid cream. Very happy with the results.

I had severe itching on my skin for nearly four months. I tried various itching ointments and even visited a dermatologist, who prescribed a strong medicated ointment. However, it didn't provide any relief. After doing some research on this supplement and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. A few days after starting it, my itching disappeared, and now I take it once daily.

When I saw this product on amazon, I figured I’d give my regular probiotic a break and try this one out. Big mistake... the capsules are not strong and one day I burped after swallowing it and the probiotic powder came out of my nose and mouth. It also did not help my skin, but actually made it worse.. I took it for about 2 weeks thinking maybe it would make my skin worse before making it better, but it did not get better. I’ve had an increase of cystic acne (which is not normal for me) and in places I normally do not get breakouts. Very disappointed..

yes they get rid of majority of my acne, but ive had better acne vitamins/probiotics. i still get cysts daily here and there so ill be looking for more effective probiotics

I’m starting on my 3rd month of this probiotic & suddenly realized the intermittent itching syndrome I’ve had for longer than I can remember is gone. I had been to doctors to no avail. In addition, my skin looks smoother and more even toned. Can it really be these probiotics, I think so
