Hubby is a 2x and these fit great and were comfortable for him all day. Great purchase

Don't recommend
One clip fell apart the first time I unhooked them. The other two were okay, but the third came broken and im unable to fix it to make it stay hooked together. The piece of cardboard that the item was packaged on was also gross... im not sure what the stains (pictured) are.. but it didn't make me feel good about the product.

My brother in law is an LVAD patient and uses these to hold his pant up that holdThe batteries.
Like- good. They do the job and holdHis pants Up that hold about 7 pounds of weight in batteries that keep his heart beating. They are holding up well to the job.

They are so short and do not fit an adult. Sized more for teens or people short in stature.
