I have a laptop I've been traveling with. I though I needed a cooler you plugged in, but I decided to give this a try. My laptop was shutting off randomly, but when I put it on this, no more shutting off! And I don't have to worry about it giving out. It's really sturdy and well made. Highly portable.

I use this everyday with my MacBook and it's been great. Not a big user of the retractable tray, but the surface of the pad is grippy and feels secure and sturdy with a laptop on it. I mainly use it when in bed or on the couch to ensure the laptop has proper ventilation for its fans... my older MacBook would get hot when you had it on your lap or a blanket, so this pad is the perfect solution to make sure the laptop stays cool when I'm chilling or lounging around. Size fits my 14-inch MacBook perfectly. Overall, I'd recommend this, just make sure your laptop will fit on it!

Very lightweight & great grip strength between the lap pad and laptop. After one year of use, the rubber strips and glue on the bottom have peeled away and the surface of the mouse pad has small, slightly sticky black marks (not from me or my mouse) and is bubbling up at the corners. However, I’ve dropped it multiple times and it hasn’t shown any signs of breaking/cracking. I love this thing and wish I’d gotten one sooner! I use it daily and feel like it’s a good value for the price point. I like to play games on my laptop so it’s perfect for that, but also a good lap tray for tv dinners, etc. The collapsible mouse pad is brilliant so it doesn’t get broken off. It goes either way through the lap pad & so far hasn’t gotten loose enough to slide out on its own (which was my initial concern with it). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something in this price point; it’s not luxury by any means, but it does the job pretty well and doesn’t look too bad.

This laptop lap pad is wonderful. I have it on my lap for hours and I feel no heat exchange on my lap. It has traction so that my laptop does not slide off easily. The retractable mouse pad is perfect and supports mouse usage. You can use it right or left-handed. It is sturdy and comfortable to use. It fits my 16" laptop fits perfectly.

A must have. I got 2 bc if we have the laptops in our lap or on the couch or cushion it's too hot. We may not use either side of the mouse holder, maybe put a closed cup on it... We both really think this is well made and sturdy. Great choice we are happy with them

Works well with my laptop, used in an armchair. Mouse tray slides out in either direction for left/right use. Base is just the size of my 14 X10 inch laptop.

This lap shelf works well for my laptop and mouse. I'm left handed so having the mouse self slide both directions is great, as is the adjustability of far out the self can extend when in a narrow chair. The top has wide rubber strips to keep the laptop from sliding and the bottom has two anti-slide strips that work okay, but would be better if made of the same material as the top. Overall, works well and is small enough to travel with.

While solidly stable on slippery wood desktop, the retractable mouse pad tray is very floppy and sometimes causes untended clicks of the mouse buttons. I think I will leave the tray retracted and use an ordinary mouse pad instead.

The product serves the purpose well. Material is of good quality and feels good. Actally an innovative idea and a great product.
