I cannot give this blend enough praise. You can sort through it for the exact spices you want to combine and the exact levels, and the quality of the spices is really good. Definitely my favorite whole spice blend... will be keeping my pantry stocked with it.

Rather than buying garam masala powder that is already ground, I buy this and grind the whole package of spices in my heavy duty blender. Wonderfully fresh taste. I put it in several containers, keeping one on hand for immediate use and putting the others in the freezer.

Only three small cardamom pods in the bag, and the bay leaves were whole.I was hoping to be able to grab a couple of spoonfuls, toast and grind, but as is you'd never get an even distribution.

This is a lovely Garam Masala. I always have a concern about the freshness of spices but the minute this mixture hit the pot the bloom of fragrance filled the room. Produced an excellent meal.

I was excited to receive this and make a delicious dish of vegetable biryani. When i finally got the package (shipment was delayed by three days due to an unspecified reason), i was sad to read the “Allergy Advice.” It states that this product was produced on equipment that also processes certain common allergens including wheat, which i am severly sensitive to gluten. I didnt think spices could contain or be cross-contaminated, but here it is. On top of the fact that i cant use it, there is a no return policy, no exceptions. Dear seller, please disclose on the selling page the allergen warning statement. Thats the least you could do. Thanks.
