Though the product is bit costly it's a pretty decent multivitamin & multiminerals supplement for men. It's better to take one tablet every alternate days after food. The intake of this tablet on a regular basis is totally worth & shows notable positive results in our body. My rating 4 /5

Worth every penny, each tablet is loaded with 100% RDI for almost all the vitamins and minerals which is great and I have to mention one thing about what I have read in other reviews that many are complaining they noticed blood in stool but in my personal experience i didn't notice anything like that. I can recommend others to try for yourself and don't take decision based on reviews.
