I pretty much use it every morning when I make my omlett. So delicious. It's good seasoning for grilling too. Highly recommended to purchase this seasoning.

Nice Espelette Option
We found the spice by accident in a Paris grocery store. After that, we went on a hunt to find a quality version that will ship to the US. The first was a strong seller but so-so. This one is better. It is the current family favorite for chicken dishes. So, we will stay with this until further notice. I have worked up to 2/3 strength in dishes for the family. They said we can go to 100% next time. We shall see . . .

great for paella
love this in my paella i’m not sure what it’s really intended for but i’m adding it to soups, stews, grilled meats it really adds a kick of flavor

Very Nice
I always wanted to try this spice. This was very good, a flavor you cannot get from anything else. I even bought seeds, it was that good.

My new favorite!
I read about this spice in a well known cooking magazine and decided to give it a try, it's great on omelets and scrambled eggs. I love it on hot buttered smashed potatoes! I'm sure I'll find many other uses for it, it is not "hot".
