In all honesty, I am so skeptical about supplements due to the regulation that does not happen... I am a professional Cyclist and use supplements to help aid my training and recovery. it's hard to find a good company that is processed in a safe facility that also meets the doping regulations as I believe that some ergogenic aids are unfair and are wrong to use in athletics. at first, I wasn't noticing much but then found that I seemed to have a better positive mindset probably due to the fact that I had better energy and sleep that was more full and meaningful. I also noticed a change in clarity in the morning and just way better sleep outcomes. I honestly would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for better energy and addition to better their health. of course I would also recommend taking this in the mornings along with food and eating a sustainable healthy diet alongside to help absorption.

I was told by my physician that this PQQ was one of the better ones on the market, and that you need quality in order for it to be effective. I personally like the fact it's known as the youth pill and I believe this has tremendous positive benefits on all of our major organs including mind. I take one capsule a day and I will continue taking this as part of my daily routine. I recommend this for everyone over 40 and for those who want to keep their minds sharp!

After 1 bottle, am not convinced of any effect. So many supplements on the market, maybe we're Guinea pigs. A good price point for what it's advertised to be.

I purchased a bunch of different vitamins/supplements from this brand because they were having a deal if ordering multiple bottles, and I was excited to see that their brand is Made in the USA. I wanted my young adult daughter to start taking these vitamins and supplements for her health. She said the pills were hard to get down with just water, and also had a bad taste that came through the coating, which repeated on her. She refused to keep taking the pills, and I had paid a lot of money for them so I didn't want to just throw them all away. I decided to just try taking them myself instead. I figured kids can be dramatic, how bad could they be? I didn't have a problem physically swallowing the pills, but, within a day of starting the regimen, I started having uncomfortable heart palpitations. Since the regimen included several different products, I wasn't sure which one was causing the issue, so I just stopped everything. After some research, I believe it was probably the Magnesium, which certain people can be sensitive to and/or it can interact with other vitamins/prescriptions. The whole family also tried a sleeping supplement pill from this brand that I had purchased as part of the same order. We gave it a few tries to be sure, but each night we took it, every one of us had weird dreams and woke up with a headache the next morning. Needless to say, I decided no matter how much I had spent on these products, it wasn't worth our health to keep taking them. I contacted Amazon and after some time on the phone explaining the issues, they thankfully agreed to issue me a credit.
