The AI technology really makes a difference — it guides your brushing and helps you cover every area evenly. My teeth feel dentist-clean after every use. The rose gold design looks stunning, and the pressure sensor helps protect gums while still giving a deep clean. The battery life is excellent, and it comes with a quality travel case, making it ideal for trips. Stylish, smart, and effective — worth every penny!

I cannot recommend this toothbrush enough. I really deliberated whether to buy it given the price tag but I’m so glad I did. I had a previous cheaper oral b toothbrush and it was fine but didn’t compare to this one. It just didn’t get the same clean. After the first clean I noticed the difference. My teeth felt cleaner as if I’d been to the hygienist. Within one week of using it, the plaque between my teeth is gone. My teeth have stopped bleeding and they look whiter. My gums looks healthier. It’s an extremely powerful toothbrush. The battery lasts ages and the different modes do make a difference. It warns you to move sections and if you’re brushing too hard. I will 100 per cent buy this again if I need to. I won’t ever go for the cheaper model again as I really see the difference. I did research a lot of videos and websites online and it was recommended.

Two weeks in: over all, I really like this toothbrush. It cleans amazingly and I enjoy how clean my teeth feel after. I don't mind the app, but it doesn't always sense where the brush is accurately, so that takes some getting used to. You don't need to use the app every time/at all, of course. The charging travel case is a bit of a mislead. It shows a USB port on the travel case but you CANNOT charge your toothbrush with a USB cable. You still need to bring the wall charger. If you're paying more simply for the ease of charging with a USB whilst travelling (as I did), you can probably save your money and get the model with the normal carry case as you'll still need to bring the proper charger, anyway. The charge does not last two weeks. The first night I charged it until it was fully charged and did not use the brush until then. That was about 12 hours charging time, that first time. Brushing twice per day, the charge lasted 6 days until it died. I plugged it in overnight and it was done before the next morning, so I don't know how long, but the second charge time was much shorter than 12 hours. That has lasted 8 days. The plug that comes with it can be used in a shaving outlet in the bathroom. Otherwise, you'll need to have a UK adapter for an EU plug. All in all, despite it not being quite as advertised (or at least not seeing all of these nuances spelt out on Amazon or on the Oral B website), I still really enjoy using this brush and feel it does what it's meant to do, hence the 4 stars.

Good easy

Broke twice. I got a repair within the warranty period- they admitted it was a motor fault. ‘Repaired’ one broke within the year with the same issue and they won’t replace or refund. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to speak to a human at Amazon customer service about orders but when I eventually managed to speak to a human, Amazon customer service were not helpful as they couldn’t see a secondary order that Amazon made for the return and repair and wouldn’t give a refund or repair. What started off as a great purchase has turned out to be a huge waste of money. :(

I was skeptical about "AI" in a toothbrush, but the Genius X has genuinely changed how I brush. The Bluetooth app tracks exactly where I’m brushing in real-time and alerts me if I’m applying too much pressure or missing a specific zone. The Rose Gold finish is stunning and looks great on the bathroom counter. It leaves my teeth feeling "dentist-clean" every single time. A premium investment, but absolutely worth it for the results.

This is a boyzer of a toothbrush! I bought it because my dentist said to buy a plug in electric and this one was loaded with options on sale very reduced. It talks to my phone, telling me which teeth I’ve missed. I think that lasted 4 days before I quit using that feature. It has different modes like polish & tongue scrubber etc - I keep it on high as my gums need a workout. It lights up if you press too hard, it flashes every minute, as you aren’t supposed to brush too LONG (make up your mind- brush hard, no, longer, shorter, better, softer, ) anyway, this tells you in no uncertain terms! The battery life is good - it’s lasted days without being recharged with my son using it too (the heads are normal oral b interchangeable heads). It even has a cool case to take it traveling & a cord to charge it with your PC.
