Well built. Good instructions and simple to install. Repaired and lowered noise level of using the Bullet. Great product for the money. Great fit. Been using newly installed parts ~ 20 times over last 4 months. Still working great and they still look like new

My only comment is that it was supposed to be delivered the next day, but it took 4 days. That was annoying!! Otherwise, the product seems to be great

The clear plastic gear in the motor unit can be challenging to replace, but is it doable. Note that it threads in the opposite direction of standard. There is a small slot in the bottom of the motor used to hold the shaft steady with a small flat screwdriver. If you want to use a larger screwdriver pry out the feet to access the screws that hold the bottom on and remove the bottom.

It was easy to replace pefect for what I needed. I would make sure this fits your model number before ordering other than that it is an easy process
