I'm sure these are great but they did not work for what I needed them for. The brown and grey ones are metallic like finishes and very pretty.

I bought them to use in my classroom for writing names on desks. Sharpies will always fade away when wiping desks down. These do not!!! Highly recommend. Fyi- it does come off easily with sanitizer and a magic eraser.

These paint markers work exactly as expected. The ink goes on smoothly, dries well, and has strong, vibrant color that shows up clearly on different surfaces. They’re easy to control, don’t feel streaky, and hold up well once dry. Overall, these are dependable markers that do a great job for labeling, crafting, or touch-up work.

I bought these for a Father's day project, as I'm sure you probably did too, and let me tell you they worked great! It takes a little while and a few pumps on the felt tip to get the oil base paint to actually start running. Once the tip is completely full of paint you can easily draw any design without any excess paint leaking out. You get true Sharpie quality with these markers, I've used them on ceramic, glass, wood, and all surfaces capture the paint very well. When using for a ceramic project you WILL have to heat it in order for the paint to become dishwasher safe. With one project (my son's father's day gift to his dad) the paint still rubbed off after I properly heat treated it. Possibly because he LOADED the mug with paint on top of other paint. Other ceramic projects have heat treated just fine with no problem, so I'd say try not to overlap the paint too much. Overall a great buy and exactly what you need in you craft cabinet.

Have successfully used on card stock for art doodles. Sometimes I use the white to cover up doodles gone awry, but it can take 3 coats to make it opaque. When using more aggressively, the white seems to coat better than when just getting it out for touch ups. On occasion there is some lateral bleed from the solvent. Tried decorating mugs with these. Baking yellow mug at 400F changed colors: -Red to magenta -Gold to blah silver -White to light pink They are holding up ok to dish washing but there is some loss, mostly the silver. Seems to be less loss with Finish than with Cascade, which also fades professionally decorated mugs. Baking red mug at lower temp (350 or 360F) didn't mess up the gold or white but the red turned fuchsia. And the black is mostly gone after using the dishwasher. All in all, they work as advertised on paper, work ok on ceramics, but have the classic paint pen problem of letting loose too much on occasion, and the white seems least consistent in opacity.

The sharpie pens really work on the surfaces as advertised. Good quality and packaging. Recommended buy for those looking to design on surfaces like glass, ceramics etc.

Seems durable enough, I just hope they outlast the other oil based paint pens I have had.
