Used for a day only. Found it excellent till now. It is a heavy powerful machine which provides good strong massage even at minimum speed. For the cost, it is value for money. Hope it lasts too. AFTER 1 WEEK A main screw holding the rotating head came loose and damaged the fixed front plate of the machine. Most likely it was not tightened enough during assembly of the machine. It cannot be put back without opening the main body of the machine. Have lodged complaint with the company. Will update here on resolution. FINAL UPDATE Agaro was very responsive and after confirmation of fault, have sent a new replacement machine. Full marks

The product is good if you consider power. But I wished it had some slower settings. Also, there wasn't any manual, so people will not know about the health concerns involved. Like it can cause fractures if used improperly. The product is good and sturdy, good for muscle relaxation but a manual is very necessary as it may harm the bones. The button is useful for adjusting easily but it would have been better if it had many slower speeds.

Amazing product....give good relaxation, durability is not yet checked bcz it's recent purchase,but it has heavy machine.... product. Little bit heavy in weight.

Simply unusable! No therapeutic effect just raw power. The speed of rotation of the massage head is so high that it is scary on the slowest speed. If it touches a bone while using it, whole body / skeletal system shakes - no massaging or therapeutic effect just pure power. I have used shiatsu massagers from Singapore and UK that did the job. As in they got the speed right - slower and with torque so if once u understand the pressure, u can press harder where needed. This product has no idea of it. It is simply a motor with a massage head put at one end of it. Unsafe. Do not purchase. Try it somewhere before purchase.
