This is an excellent book on the subject of Alternative Hierarchy Process. I didn't realize it when I first took Project Portfolio Management, but when I then took Executive Decision Making I often found myself going back to this as a primary resource. I strongly recommend buying it.

I bought this book for a class at college and I find it very interesting.I think that Levine made an excellent job packing the fundamental basis around PPM and several study cases with best practices of some enterprises that have implemented this work concept.The language of the book is clear an sober, perfect who those that are beginning in this area.

I bought this book for my assignment on my master degree and really help me to understand the implications on managing a project office. Gave me tips on how to assess the risks and reduce it in order to have a successful project office.

if you are going thru Portfolio Management, this is the best book ever, it provides you with steps on how to create a Portfolio and how to manage the pipeline of it. I recommend it.

The book content is good and covers the subject in good extent.However the chapter organization is not intuitive and it lacks a more didatic approach.There are few ilustrations, schematics and so on.
