Been using this for a month now. I worked my way up to a single scoop. I put it in my coffee. I will tell you how I make my coffee so you can know how I get this product to dissolve. I make a pour-over and I have a teaspoon of butter and a tablespoon of MCT oil in the cup before I start. I put the filter basket over the cup with the filter and the coffee grounds. I pour the hot water in and once the brewing is done I put in 2 scoops of collagen powder and mix it with a battery powered frother. Then I add the scoop of this prebiotic product and mix it again with the frother. If I add the prebiotic and collagen together, or if I put the prebiotic in first: I get a small amount of clumps that don't dissolve enough for me to consume them. It's a very small amount, maybe 1/4 teaspoon, but at this price per oz I don't want to waste any. I don't add any other items - no milk or creamer or sweetener. I don't find there is any taste to this product so if you're concerned about flavor - there's nothing to worry about. Does it help? The jury is out. Things were moving along fine in my system but I added this product because I can be gullible when it comes to supplements and overall IDK if it's doing much for me. I have gas for hours when using this product. It isn't painful or stinky, but it is noisy and I have to keep getting up to excuse myself to toot my horn. I subscribed to this product. I'm just about to finish the first jar and start the second. I'm not sure I'll reorder it. For the price and side effects I'm not sure it is worth it.

I’ve been using this product for over a year and it has made a huge difference in my gut health . No more reflux, better digestion, and I seem to get sick less often. It’s easy to use, mixes well and no taste. Highly recommend.

I opened this rather larger container to find it half full. Instead of wasting all this plastic, how about you put it in a smaller container so it doesn't look like a lot of product. Rip off. It does not dissolve very well in cold water. I'm talking refrigerator cold. Big clumps at the bottom that I practically had to chew. That was with an electric high speed blender and stirring it. Would not buy again.

I found that it did not dissolve well in anything but water. But, with only water it was a terrible flavor. It was kind of a lose lose situation.
