I've had this chair for around 6 weeks now. Overall I'm very happy with it. The quality of the seat and fabric is very good and looks higher quality than I expected. Some of the stitching had loose threads and they needed to be trimmed, but nothing offputting at all. The seat is well padded and comfortable. Putting the chair together was not too bad, so long as things were tightened only once they were all in. The guide was clear enough. Important bits are to get the seat the right way and the adjustment lever on the right side (which is the right-hand side). I've had many office chairs from high street stores where I can see them and sit in them first. This was £70 when I bought it and would easily have been 4 or 5 times that price on the high street. Looking across at my last chair - £250 from Staples - I think this one will last a lot longer. After a couple of weeks the chair started slipping down. I'd need to use the adjustment lever to raise it again. This happened too often, so I got in touch with the seller and they sent me a new gas shaft for me to install - totally free. After it arrived they sent me instructions on how to remove the old one, which was tricky since it was stuck in solidly. The new gas shaft seems fine, touch wood! Overall I'm glad I bought the chair. I'm especially happy with the support. They may have taken a day or 2 to reply, but they were helpful and got the issue I had resolved.

I purchased this as a replacement for my dying computer chair which was falling apart and finally broke last week! Cost price was £59.99 plus I paid for fast delivery so paid just under £65 which I believe is a fair price for this product. Let's start with the Pros .... The product was well boxed and each component was wrapped in bubble wrap, preventing possible impact damage. Inside the box, were all the parts needed, a small box containing the components to be fixed to the main parts, along with all screws, screw covers, instruction booklet and an Allen Key needed for the build. The highlights? Well, the instruction booklet was perhaps the clearest I have come across for this kind of product! In several languages, visually laid out, along with a detailed log of tests carried out on this before shipping. Also, there was a shrink wrapped plastic container with ALL the screws needed (and clearly marked!) along with even two spare screws! And finally, at the bottom of the box was a set of white hardy gloves to protect your fingers during assembly! Excellent! Whoever put this together had the customer in mind. I'm impressed! The build quality of the chair generally was ok - about right for the price range and although it's not gonna last a lifetime, I do expect to get some good use out of it. The Cons? Ok, the holes for the bolts are slightly oversized. I'm wondering if the arms of the chair will break off simply by being bent outwards either accidentally or by other means. Secondly, the holes are not quite in line. I spent a lot of time trying to get the bolts to line up and as a single person assembly, it's difficult, possibly the most difficult assembly I have tried. However, I managed it and my recommendation here is to get two people to assemble this chair and to make sure you do NOT tighten the bolts until ALL have been successfully secured in their respective holes first! And use the gloves - the Allen Key is fine for the job but it's not big and you will get skin rubbing so the gloves are a welcome addition to this product. For me, it was a difficult build but I did manage it in the end. Comfort? I find it sturdy and comfortable and the back support is good even for me, at 6 feet tall! The up/down lever works fine, but note that for me the chair DOES NOT recline as stated in the description. I have tried everything to make it recline but no go! But the back support is good. The castors are firm and I suspect this chair will run around on a wooden floor but mine is carpet so no problem. I am a Desktop Pilot (I write reviews and create videos on YouTube for Flight Simulation purposes so I do a lot of flying) and so this chair is needed - and it's not bad. I'm happy with the purchase. The choice of colours is also very nice. I chose the Black and BLUE option, but this chair comes in Black and RED, Black and PURPLE as well as Black and BLUE. Brought this for my 10yr old as he wanted a gaming chair for his computer, i didnt want to spend too much as it was xmas time and im a single mom to 4 kids. I looked around and this chsir seemed the best value for money, to be honest for the price i wasnt expecting it to be amazing just good enuf to make him happy Well the chair got delivered, well packed and arrived quickly, when i opened it i was took back by the high quality i wasnt expecting for the price, i have friends that have paid alot more for simular chairs but not of this high quality, the insruction manual was great in a glossy book, very easy to understand with clear pictures and instructions, all the parts was clearly labled so easy to find even had spare parts put in. The chair was very easy to asemble, im a 34yr old woman, i did it by myself in under 10mins with no confusion or issues. My son loves the gas lift feature and it having wheels as he likes to push himself around his room, he as ADHD and struggles to keep stil so the wheels help to stumulate him. Recomend this chair to anyone looking to b uy one for gaming or the office, very sturdy and well made, very comftable for myself and my son. Id say it was the best for the price and even better then some more expensive ones on the market

Where do I start? The chair looks the part, yet in reality that`s about it!.....Firstly it is poorly made, cheap materials and a seat that is as hard as rock, the chair I purchased had a faulty bracket that caused the chair to make a loud noise everytime you moved on the seat!...by the way I weigh 78kg, so hardly pushing it!....Then we have the base of the chair, this is too small and if you lean forward the chair with tip over!!!......Then finally we come to customer support, I wrote to the seller pointing out just the fault with the seat, they suggested I use some grease and also a plan in how to screw in the bolts!!!!!....I wrote asking for a refund and that greasing the chair had already be done, plus I was more than capable of doing up a bolt!....They then offered me a £15 refund for this £80 chair!...so to be clear you can buy a broken chair from this seller for £65 if you wish to do so!!!!....I am still waiting for the refund, the seller said they would arrange to pick it up and give me a full refund once I supply a tracking number for return, that was a week ago!!!....They are now saying delays are caused by Covid19 for it to be picked up! Strange thing is I have had many other deliveries in the past week without any delays!...seems covid19 is a decent excuse for companies to drag there feet, The case is with Amazon (who have done nothing so far except count the millions it`s earning, also out of covid19 and online sales booms!!!!! So my advice is if this is what £80 buys you today then save your money and get one twice the price. ......... Updated the day after I posted* Amazon have refunded me the full cost of this chair and will now seek to get the payment from the seller, so all I can say is Thank You Amazon, I know you are making `zillions` but at the end of the day you should be when the service is this good....as for the seller I really hope they improve the customer support or get off Amazon and join Ebay.....Big Up for Amazon for looking after there customers.

Very nice chair, sturdy and good looking design. I get through one of these every couple of years as I spend a lot of time at my desk either working or gaming! I tend to lean back a lot, and over the course of a couple of years the chairs I have had (multiple brands) start to lean further and further back. Once I find I can slide under the desk still in the chair I take that as a sign to get a new one! I'm not sure if it's just me, but I find assembly (specifically getting the back into the rest of the chair) quite difficult. The brand is no better or worse than any other I've tried, so I won't count that against it though. Overall it's a nice comfy chair that rolls well and doesn't tip under normal usage. Would (will) buy another in a few years!
