Expensive for what they are but they are much easier to use than the flat ones and make such a difference to the BOD workouts

If you're not reading these reviews because you have some cheaper sliders and they suck, then count yourself lucky for finding these first. They may seem spendy, but if you want to incorporate sliders into your exercise routine, these are hands-down the best ones I've found. They slide much better than the cheap flat discs I bought to start with, and I appreciate the slight curvature for the times when you drag the slider towards you. Each one is also big enough to put both sets of toes on for doing something like pike-to-plank, or planking with crunches. Sometimes I find certain moves work better with both legs locked together, and on a single slider, and these are just big enough to accommodate that. I use these on hardwoods and haven't had a mark. The felt is good quality, and I've had mine for months with no pilling. I do periodically give the felt a brush off with my towel after using them. I would have saved money if I'd found these first.

These Beachbody strength slides are the best. They are super light and the size is amazing. I definitely recommend them, you won’t regret it. My feet are stable on them, they don’t come off like many other brand that are smaller. You can use them on carpets or hard surfaces.

These do a fantastic job on both hardwood and carpet. I love that I don't slip like on others, and that there is a wider area for gripping in general.

I was skeptical about these slides simply because 1) I wasn’t sure how challenging they’d be and 2) they are on the pricier side. I bought them to do the Sure Thing program by Meghan Davies. I’m already in good shape and I found the slides challenging, but not impossible. They add another level of challenge and add a little variety to the workout. They’re also really durable and the way they sort of curve up around the edges helps them stay put instead of being too slippery and potentially causing injury. Overall I would definitely recommend these - they are worth the extra money!

I seen other reviews on this item so that lead me to purchase. They work on any floor surface in a home. Be careful with them if you doing something standing. They can get away from you. I didn’t like the price for what your getting, and there is likely cheaper options but I still purchased this set.
