Good quality stuff
Falcon Pro 22WJust ordered the 15โ square sheets last week and they arrived today, I checked them out and find them relatively straight for a 3 mm thick sheet of plywood.Checked thickness with my calipers and it is spot on.There are occasional small knots on one side 1/4 -3/8โ, this are very manageable. Some have bigger spots that have been filled and sanded smooth as you can see in pictures from other reviews. They are carefully shrink-wrapped for shippingThese boards cut easily on my machine at about 500 mm/m with full power.Absolutely love that this comes from a US source.

Excellent for laser cutter
Excellent material for a laser cutter. (Be aware (!) slightly bowed so set the depth of your cutter in vicinity of where you will be cutting if you are cutting a small area. I haven't tried any process for making it flatter and I haven't tried cutting anything using the full size of the sheet.)Good buy for the larger boxes of sheets. Comes very well packed against water; cardboard box should be sufficient to protect the edges. A 40 sheet box weighs 19 pounds so just expect that before you go to pick up the box if you get a large one.

Overall Nice Quality, Great size
Overall nice quality. The size is great. Iโve had a hard time finding this size or similar to fit in my machine big enough for larger projects without having to cut it. Overall good product. I had maybe 2 warped boards, and even those were only slightly warped. Previous suppliers I would have half the stack warped. Only complaint was that out of the 32 was that about 8-10 had fillings in the back which made them unusable for finished products. Kind of sucked when I was trying to finish up Motherโs Day orders and ran out of good pieces. I had to go to my larger pieces and trim them down and now have to order more of those for my larger projects. I understand knots, but the patches are a bit obvious.

Perfect for a K40 laser cutter
I'm about 1/3 the way through the box. All sheets have been dead flat, and the show side is flawless. I am using 5-6% power for raster engraving @ 100mm/s and vector engraving @ 20mm/s. For vector cutting, I bump the power up to 16% @ 8mm/s. It slices the wood like butter. No issues with any voids. Even the finest cuts come out perfect. Check out the almost paper thin mask strap on the ornament picture.FWIW, the National Park Service sign is free from ThingiVerse. The ornament design was $1 from Etsy.I rarely give a 5 star review for products. This one deserves it. I will be buying more.

Better than what I found at Michael's for cheaper
These boards have less coloration defects, are truer/flatter and less physical marring than what I found on the shelf at michael's... For less than a third the price! At michael's I found a similar 1/8" 12x12 baltic birch plywood sheet that was clearly tossed around and scratched for 5 bucks... It also had the barcode sticker which left a glue residue smack in the middle of one side. Here I have a stack of pristine sheets glue-free that are nearly devoid of defects for about a $1.30 each in a stack of 48... The value is through the roof and I'm definitely going to reorder when I manage to cut my way through this whole stack!

Latest Purchase Not Ideal for Lasers
I've purchased several times previously without too much issue. Unfortunately, my most recent box has not been great so far. A lot of the wood has extensive voids and/or are warped and/or have patches. I'd say I've had to toss 1/3rd of what I've used so far - sometimes I can't tell until I cut it that it is crappy, which wastes time and material and puts wear/tear on my machine. My machine is kept in good condition and can go through materials twice as thick but it is struggling to cut this even on higher powers/slower speeds. Also, the warping is a fire hazard. Reminder to laser users to always watch your stuff and have equipment ready in case of a fire in your machine.I understand there are probably supply chain issues at work here, as the seller has previously provided fair quality for the money wood, but I can't recommend what I got in the last box for any laser users.Might be good for other things though! The shipping was quick and the boards are the correct size.

Birch craft board worked great in my laser cutter
I was happy with my purchase. Most boards were straight without warping, maybe an issue with about 10%. I primered the boards, then masked them and engraved some floor tiles for a project that I'm working on, which turned out great. If you don't mask the boards with masking tape, you might get burn marks in your wood. Overall a good product.

Great Quality
Great quality wood, Ive gone through three 48 count boxes just this Christmas season making ornaments and lasering photos. Like all thin ply it tends to warp a bit as the humidity varies, but that is easily remedied with some carefully positioned rare earth magnets. Out of that nearly 150 pieces of wood Ive gone through I have hit maybe 2 or 3 internal knots which is quite remarkable. I will use this product again and again
