great starter books, I love the online tools that come with also, we got the set of 3 books total.

Great piano book for pianists who are past the beginning stage, but are still learning. Well thought out book, with great tips.

My child really likes this piano book.

I love teaching out of these method books. They are easy to follow for both teacher and student and have many additional books to choose from in the same set. It's easy for students to go at different paces when learning out of these books based on the individual student. I will always use Faber & Faber Piano Adventures.

The performance book has longer (1-2 pages) and often more interesting songs than the theory or lesson books. These are more like performance pieces that combine everything that the student has learned up until then. If the student needs a challenge without moving too fast in the lesson book then the performance book is a good idea.

My six year old completed the Yamaha Junior Music Course, and his instructor recommended this book series. When we had to switch instructors due to a move, the new one was pleased he was in these books, so they are clearly popular among piano teachers. He is really enjoying the pieces from this book (and the Lesson book). They seem just challenging enough to increase his skill, while being fun to play. I am able to help him figure things out without too much difficulty, and when he is in the mood to play more than what is assigned for the week, there are pieces cross referenced between the books to help choose a compatible piece.

Good and basic for young students. It has the beginning pieces for independent hand-work, but it doesn't overwhelm the students with too much at once. The pieces are also much more interesting than the pieces in the previous books, which help me to keep the students interested in practicing.
