So handy
Absolutely amazing laptop it's light weight so I can carry it virtually anywhere , the bottom doesn't get hot so safe to have on the bed , no sound from fans or start up , good sound quality , screen is perfect size , all round perfect laptop for the money.

Great value
Got this as a cheap lap top for daughter to do college work on. She loves it, her only complaint is that it takes a while to boot up but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Great value for money. Only other issue was that it wouldn’t accept my mcaffee for some reason but just downloaded free security on to it

Very good machine, but came with Windows 10 in Smode, so required an OS reinstall
The machine itself is very good, great colour, well made, good graphics and screen and excellent batter life. However the spec says Windows 10 home, and mine came with Windows 10 professional unregistered so locked in S mode. Undoing that was a real pain and I spent several hours on support to Amazon to try and get this sorted. In the end they partially refunded me as the only solution was for me to unmount the OS and reinstall windows 10 home, that is a few hours work even if you know what you are doing. Anyhow with that hiccup overcome, the machine i really very good and excellent value.

Excellent for the price
I brought this laptop for mainly using word and browsing the internet. Very easy to set up and battery life amazing. Easy to take around with you as very light and the blue colour is very pretty. My only complaint is that I would like the screen to be a bit brighter however for the price paid I cannot complain. Perfect for children/teenagers or just for a simple use laptop.

Do not buy, dreadful
Dreadful cheap product, never worked properly from day one, spent nearly 3 days just trying to load my email on it, and then it just died, will not boot, nothing. It was not right from the start, slow, and just basically awful. Now it has died on me under a week from purchase, very cross.

Excellent . Fast and lightweight. Not that I do much with it , but it fills the occasional needs that I have of it .

Waste of money
Not a good product but what did I expect for the price. Very disappointing. I bought it fir my so s school work but he junked it after a while and I had to revert back to buying a HP!

Battery dead/faulty charger in less than 2 months
Good little laptop if you just want a very basic machine. Little problem, the charger or the battery died after less than 2 months. Avoid
