            This special Unrefined Multigrain Flour is high in fiber with only 30% whole wheat content. The flour mix is made with ingredients low in glycemic index and high in fiber, which aids in regulating sugar levels. It is also rich in proteins, iron, essential minerals, and contains high satiety value, due to which the portion size needs to be limited.

             Pulse and Defatted Soya flour - 30%; Whole Wheat flour - 30%;  Foxtail and Pearl millets - 20%; Brown Rice - 10%; Semolina; Wheat bran; Psyllium husk; Seeds mix (Fenugreek and Flax seeds)
