The containers are the right sizes. 4 are medium and 2 are large. The medium ones fit turkey and chicken breast without issue. The large ones are better for salad. Having the mesh nets are either side hold my 1.5L water bottles perfectly. The should strap and clips are high quality (the reason I had to buy a new lunch bag). I had compared this against the 6 pack lunch bag. But that appeared to be too bulky.
