I take Kalms since I've two strokes and when I wake up during the night I'm scared to go back to sleep and they calm and relax me till I drop of. I started to take them years ago at school during exams, and now calms me and I will fly too.They are not habit forming that I can attest to The item came on time and I would recommend and have done so. I'm a great believer in this product. Thank you.

Absolutely Solved The Problem

Only reason I have given just 3 stars is because one of the bottles came with the bottom end completely smashed off! Either not checked before packing or not enough packaging was only in a padded Jiffy bag so may have been the latter. Thankfully tablets were ok so managed to salvage them.

At very busy times Kalms help me slow down & get everything into perspective. They are easy to swallow.
